Job summary

A design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to interpret architectural drawings and prepare detailed production documents. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design, at least 2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, and proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp Layout. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential. This role demands a proactive team player who can work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering interior fit-out projects using SketchUp Layout.
• Knowledge in BIM Modelling and/or BIM Management preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities

Main job responsibilities, but not limited to:

• To interpret interior and architectural drawings
• To prepare detailed production drawings in AutoCAD, SketchUp Layout or other design modeling and coordination software to meet project requirements and company standards
• To organize and compile complete sets of construction documentation
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Knowledge in BIM Modelling and/or BIM Management preferred
• Minimum 2 years\' experience in delivering interior fit-out projects using SketchUp Layout
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
