A leading interior design firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role involving interior and architectural drawing interpretation and the preparation of production drawings with tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp Layout. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering interior fit-out projects and must be a proactive team player capable of working independently. Job description

Main job responsibilities, but not limited to:

• To interpret interior and architectural drawings
• To prepare detailed production drawings in AutoCAD, SketchUp Layout or other design modeling and coordination software to meet project requirements and company standards
• To organize and compile complete sets of construction documentation
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Knowledge in BIM Modelling and/or BIM Management preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering interior fit-out projects using SketchUp Layout
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
• Independent, analytical and has good interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp Layout &/or ArchiCAD
