Job summary

TAI SHENG CREATIVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a CAD Drafter to develop and maintain detailed CAD drawings for interior fit-out and construction projects. You will produce accurate drawings for construction submissions and coordinate with project teams.

The role requires preparing as-built/shop drawings from instructions and sketches, updating drawings as needed, and ensuring proper indexing and filing of both hardcopy and electronic drawings to support project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CAD drawings.
• Prepare and produce detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works/construction.
• Prepares drawings accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works.
• Maintains, updates and amendments to drawings as needed.
• Ensures proper indexing, filing and storage of drawings in both hardcopy and electronic media.
