Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a motivated C&S Project Engineer to manage civil and structural works for HDB BTO construction projects. The role includes coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with HDB/BCA standards, and upholding quality and safety throughout the project. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in C&S works.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in C&S works; HDB/BTO project experience is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret C&S drawings and resolve site coordination issues.
• Safety certifications such as CSOC / BCSS will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all C&S works.
• Supervise site activities including rebar installation and concrete casting.
• Liaise with the HDB project team and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with HDB specifications and QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct inspections and manage project documentation.
• Work closely with the safety team to ensure full WSH compliance.
• Liaise with the HDB project team, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
