Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and competent C&S Project Engineer to support and manage civil and structural works for HDB BTO Building construction projects. You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with HDB/BCA requirements, and upholding high standards of quality, safety, and progress throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all C&S works.
• Supervise site activities including rebar installation, formwork, concrete casting, and precast component installation.
• Review drawings and provide technical clarifications in coordination with consultants, RE/RTO, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with HDB specifications, ITPs, QA/QC procedures, and CONQUAS requirements.
• Conduct inspections and manage project documentation such as RFIs, site reports, and material submissions.
• Work closely with the safety team to ensure full WSH compliance on site.
• Liaise with the HDB project team, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Building, or Construction Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in C&S works; HDB/BTO project experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of structural works including rebar, formwork, concrete, and precast elements.
• Ability to read and interpret C&S drawings and resolve site coordination issues.
• Good communication skills with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Safety certifications such as CSOC / BCSS will be an added advantage.
