• 5 days work week

Our client is in the Civil & Infrastructure Contractor and has a strong presence globally. They are looking to fill the role of C&S Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports, designs, and detailed drawings.
• Perform calculations for pressures, loads, and stresses.
• Assess the strength of construction materials and select them appropriately.
• Provide expert advice on safe construction and design practices.
• Secure planning permissions and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Analyze the configuration of essential structural components.
• Oversee and inspect contractor work to guarantee structural integrity.
• Inspect properties to assess conditions and foundational stability.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for simulations and modeling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
