Job Scope:

• Plan, schedule, and track all commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities for new or upgraded equipment, systems, and facilities in a pharmaceutical plant.
• Work closely with engineering, validation, QA, QC, and operations teams to ensure all systems are properly tested and meet GMP and regulatory requirements before use in production.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to keep the project on track.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and change control records related to C&Q activities.
• Support audits, inspections, and project review meetings by providing schedule and compliance updates.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in project planning within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Understanding of C&Q processes and documentation (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Proficient in project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
