Job summary

Dexian partners with a leading global investment bank in Singapore to hire a Backend C++ Developer on a fixed-term contract. You will design, develop, and maintain backend C++ components for sales and trading applications within a modern tech stack including .NET, Kafka, KDB+, and Python.

We seek at least 3 years of backend C++ experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

The role sits within the Sales & Trading Technology function, supporting systems built on a modern technology stack spanning C++, .NET, Kafka, KDB+, and Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend C++ components supporting sales and trading applications.
• Work across the broader technology stack, including .NET services, Kafka messaging pipelines, KDB+ data stores, and Python tooling, as needed.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the trading systems, applying strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including trading desks, business stakeholders, and other engineering teams, to deliver reliable solutions.
• Contribute across the full development lifecycle, from design and coding through testing and production support.
