C&B Manager (HR Projects) [IT Industry / 6-months]

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive C&B Manager to lead and execute global and regional HR projects in alignment with corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and roll out HR projects across global and regional levels.
  • Lead and coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and communications to ensure smooth execution.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and external partners for project implementation and delivery.
  • Manage projects in areas such as:
    • Compensation & Benefits (Job Grading, Salary Benchmarking)
    • Talent Management (Training & Succession Planning)
    • Appraisal & Performance Management
    • Employee Engagement initiatives
  • Independently lead planning, research, management, and execution of HR projects, ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Prepare, analyze, and consolidate HR data and reports for management.
  • Manage all HR project and meeting logistics.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only.
  • Proven experience in HR project management, preferably in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, or HRIS.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
