Job description

Job Responsibilities

Sourcing quotations, negotiate price, terms and contracts with suppliers

Drive cost reduction initiatives by leveraging negotiation, value engineering, logistics optimization, and other innovative approaches to ensure total cost competitiveness.

Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, including order tracking and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.

Proactively monitor and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of purchase parts and materials.

Provide procurement support.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Purchasing/Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong negotiation and vendor sourcing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Detail‑oriented, confident, meticulous and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
