Job Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
- Household Management: Ensure the residence is impeccably maintained and organized, including managing routine and deep cleaning, and coordinating repairs and maintenance.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and schedule a team of household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and drivers. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Event Coordination:
- Event Planning: Plan and execute high-profile events, social gatherings, and family functions, managing everything from invitations to catering and decorations.
Private Collection Management:
- Collection Care: Oversee the care and maintenance of the family’s private collection, including artworks, antiques, rare books, or other valuable items. Ensure proper handling, preservation, and security of these assets.
- Inventory and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of the collection, including provenance, condition, and value. Coordinate with experts for appraisal, restoration, or conservation as needed.
- Display and Storage: Manage the display and storage of collection items, ensuring they are presented and preserved in optimal conditions.
Culinary and Meal Planning:
- Dietary Management: Address any special dietary needs or preferences of family members, ensuring that meals meet specific health or dietary guidelines.
