Job summary

A global technology consulting firm in Singapore seeks a professional with at least 3 years of experience in public sector projects. The role involves analyzing organizational processes, facilitating workshops, and supporting solution design. A proactive mindset and strong documentation skills are essential. Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools to assess and improve processes.
  • Experience in testing and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).

About the Client

Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert and contribute independently.
  • Participate actively in team discussions and problem‑solving.
