Job summary

A leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a Business Support Executive for Marketing & Sales. The successful candidate will prepare sales reports, coordinate with distributors, and handle administrative duties. Minimum NITEC/Diploma required with 4 years experience in a relevant role. Job description

Our client is a global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Business Support Executive - Marketing & Sales, to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, CRM updates, and support sales incentive calculations.
  • Coordinate with distributors on pricing, orders, tenders, returns, and sample requests.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
  • Lead administration of sample management and update SOPs, QMS, and promotional materials.
  • Handle procurement and invoice submission for non-inventory items.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and tender documents; maintain organized records.
  • Support logistics and administration for sales and marketing events.
  • Assist customer programs and service requests by liaising with internal teams.
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and appointments; manage filing systems and documentation.
  • Perform general administrative duties including calls, visitor assistance, and ad-hoc support.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing studies or equivalent.
  • Min 4 years’ relevant working experience in sales and marketing support setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Power BI would be advantageous.
