We are looking to hire a Business Support / Corporate Secretary in Singapore to support our client which is a top global investment bank.
What you will do:
- Provide executive and operational support to senior management in coordinating key initiatives, meetings, and events.
- Organize and facilitate monthly leadership and service delivery meetings — prepare performance reports, compile meeting materials, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Support business management meetings by reviewing operational metrics, service performance, and change controls.
- Participate in weekly risk assessment and change control meetings, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Maintain and update governance charters, operating procedures, and documentation as part of the annual review cycle.
- Develop and publish monthly performance dashboards for senior leadership review.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for management reviews, regional forums, and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide support for outsourcing and insourcing governance activities, including service agreements and compliance reporting.
- Oversee the maintenance and version control of governance documents and files in shared repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business support, corporate governance, secretariat, or administrative coordination roles — preferably in a corporate or financial institution setting.
- Possess relevant experience with business operations, management reporting, policy governance, workforce, and workspace management
- Good understanding of corporate governance processes, meeting coordination, and documentation management.
- Relevant experience managing senior leadership / stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track follow-up actions, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in preparing performance reports, dashboards, or management decks would be an advantage.
