Join Rewardz as a Business Support Coordinator (Part time). (Permanent, Part Time - min 2 Days a week). At Rewardz, our purpose is to create moments of joy in a world where everyone feels valued. Location: Singapore, Ubi Area. Target joining date: Immediate. Minimum experience: 0–1 years, Student part timers/Interns welcome.
Responsibilities
- Vendor Relations and Client Campaign Support
- Draft, review and manage agreements and contracts for vendor partners.
- Maintain and update internal Google Sheets/Forms accurately.
- Verify and validate vendor offers for on‑site and online purchases, ensuring promotional offers are implemented.
- Download redemption reports, update tracking sheets, and arrange pick‑up/delivery of items for customers/end‑users.
- Support ad‑hoc marketing campaigns, collating visual materials for the marketing team.
- Maintain merchant partnership databases, follow up on offer renewals, onboarding and coordinate changes with the Operations team.
- Identify and compile contact information for potential merchants using tools such as LinkedIn, company websites and directories.
- Set up and execute personalized mail merges for partnership outreach.
- Support execution and follow‑up activities relating to Operations and Finance.
- Administrative Duties
- Manage office access, greet and assist visitors, guests, couriers and helpers.
- Plan and organize staff events, including booking restaurants and sourcing spaces.
- Maintain staff birthday calendar and celebration schedules.
- Arrange courier of documents between regional and head office.
Core Technical Skills & Personal Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication; concise writing skills.
- Independent and able to manage multiple tasks, link tasks to processes and adapt quickly.
- Creative problem‑solver, calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data organization; experienced with Excel and Google Drive.
- Resourceful multi‑channel research; can get the job done.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and SOPs.
- Experience in event planning and vendor management (online or retail).
- Experience navigating e‑commerce or data systems.
- Organized and able to segregate tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Drive.
