Job summary

  • Manage student enrolment, training materials, and assist in developing new course modules.
  • Plan and execute events (conferences, webinars, booths), including sponsorship coordination and on‑site support.
  • Develop marketing content for newsletters, social media, and the CAA website; coordinate with vendors on digital campaigns.
  • Maintain and update CAA’s website, CRM, and member records; ensure timely communication with members.
  • Provide administrative support: schedule meetings, draft minutes, and follow up on committee action items.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks, including invoicing and report preparation using QuickBooks.
  • Deliver member communications via Mailchimp, manage inquiries, and support engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, WordPress, QuickBooks, and Canva; strong written and verbal English required.
  • Prior experience in event management, marketing, or association administration; Mandarin or Japanese language skills are an asset.
