Job description
Position: Business Support Administrator
Reporting to: Pacific Regional Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage travel and expense claims in line with company policies
  • Support regional commercial leaders with travel documentation, including visas and passport renewals, on an ad-hoc basis
  • Handle a variety of office administrative tasks such as purchase requisitions, business cards, mobile services, courier arrangements, and document preparation
  • Assist with onboarding new employees in the Singapore office, including provisioning laptops, mobile phones, credit cards, and office equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions
