Position: Business Support Administrator
Reporting to: Pacific Regional Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel and expense claims in line with company policies
- Support regional commercial leaders with travel documentation, including visas and passport renewals, on an ad-hoc basis
- Handle a variety of office administrative tasks such as purchase requisitions, business cards, mobile services, courier arrangements, and document preparation
- Assist with onboarding new employees in the Singapore office, including provisioning laptops, mobile phones, credit cards, and office equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions
- Self-motivated, organized, and positive in approach
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
