Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated Business Studies lessons in line with the national curriculum and examination board requirements.
• Teach Business Studies at IGCSE and (A-Level).
• Assess, record, and report on the progress of students, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
• Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum and department resources.
• Participate in departmental and whole school CPD, meetings, and events.
• Support students through enrichment activities, interventions, and extra-curricular opportunities.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

Essential:

• A Masters degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and up-to-date understanding of the curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.

Desirable:
