We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Specialist to join our team remotely and lead initiatives to expand our organic food waste client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the organic food waste sector across various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor and analyze client feedback to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials tailored to target clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the waste management or environmental sector.
• Understanding of organic waste management and understanding of waste-to-energy industry is preferred but not a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for sustainability and environmental issues.
• Singapore Citizen/PR is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in Chinese is preferred but not a must.
