TSL Media Group in Singapore is seeking a Business & Special Projects intern to work closely with the Senior Management Team. You will gain exposure to the largest new media business in Singapore and help drive decisions shaping the company’s path forward.

You will support market studies, competitor research, project management, and management meetings while developing analytical skills and practical experience in business development, CSR initiatives, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Thrives in highly ambiguous environments.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data collection, organization and analysis.

Responsabilités

• Support development of new businesses via market study, competitor research and project management.

About the role:

We are seeking a Business & Special Projects intern who will work closely with the Senior Management Team and will receive constant guidance across the term. This unique opportunity will allow you to be exposed to the workings of the largest new media business in Singapore and help drive real and impactful decisions that will define the company’s path forward.

What you will do:

• Support the development of the company’s new businesses via in-depth market study, competitor research & project management
• Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to aid management in decision-making
• Support management meetings and strategic discussions by supplementing internal or external data to drive informed decision-making
• Identify potential opportunities and risks to the business and recommend potential business models or plans to address each topic effectively
• Support the management team in ad-hoc projects including office improvement projects, employee wellness programs, new business development, and CSR programs

The successful candidate should have:

• Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Able to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
• Passion for new media, media, agency business
• Proficient in Google Workspace
