• Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
• Conducts necessary analyses to address client needs
• Communicates resolutions to clients
• Responsible in providing a professional & high quality inbound and outbound phone support on Bank’s products & services for prospective & existing Business Banking clients.
