What You Do

Investment & Wealth Solutions (“IWS”) generates and delivers holistic investment and wealth advisory solutions to meet client’s diverse financial, wealth planning and succession needs. The team comprises capital markets, customized solutions, wealth advisory, product management, and business and risk management.

Business Risk Management

This role sits within the Investment & Wealth Solutions (IWS) Business & Risk Management team and serves as a key partner to the Family Office & Wealth Advisory (FWA) business. The role provides strategic business management support while acting as a first line of defense risk partner, ensuring the effective integration of risk management frameworks, governance standards, and operational controls across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders on risk management matters, ensuring seamless integration of operational risk management framework by reviewing, providing support, advisory and input on the required controls and processes.


• Strengthen the overall operational risk, information security risk, and governance frameworks by providing structured support to IWS stakeholders, enabling them to manage their operational risks in a structured, systemic and consistent manner.


• Facilitate and coordinate risk and control assessments, business continuity planning, third-party risk management, data risk governance, risk acceptance processes, physical security controls, and exception management activities.


• Promote a strong risk culture and enhance risk awareness through ongoing engagement, guidance, and education of business stakeholders.

Business Management

• Partner with business stakeholders to support the execution of IWS and FWA strategic priorities, business plans, and key initiatives.


• Coordinate and facilitate business management activities, including strategic planning, expense management, KPI monitoring, and management reporting.


• Prepare and deliver management information and reporting materials to support business and management decision-making.

Who You Are

• Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services, with strong knowledge of Family Office & Wealth Advisory businesses and insurance products.


• Experienced in partnering stakeholders in business management, governance, risk management, and change initiatives, including business transformation and technology projects.


• Good understanding of operational risk, controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.


• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities effectively, delivering results within established timelines and quality standards.


• Good analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.


• Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
