Job Summary

• Basic Salary: $5000 - $6000

• Location: Tampines/Genting Lane

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage global supply chain efficiency and improvements.

• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships to drive revenue growth.

• Oversee operational and financial performance of customer accounts.

• Partner with R&D on new projects; plan budgets, timelines, and strategies.

• Monitor project progress, risks, and recovery plans; provide clear updates to management.

• Ensure supply meets demand, address disruptions, and oversee daily operations for cost efficiency.

• Lead cost-saving initiatives, demand forecasting, and inventory control.

• Identify and resolve issues in supply chain processes and inventory management.

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with customers.

• Support production line efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

• Strong understanding of business operations, factory planning, and supply chain flows

• Experienced in end-to-end supply chain process - including logistic, inventory control, and purchasing

• Has knowledge of International Trade regulation Compliance procedure.

• Proven ability to prepare management-level presentations with clarity and impact. Skilled in operational data analysis and performance tracking (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)

• Able to manage a multitude of projects

• Meticulous and strong attention to detail ensure the data accuracy

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments

• Self-motivated team player with positive attitude

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• It may require to have call at night due to different time zone etc
