Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Execution
  • Lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects related to operations and process improvement.
  • Develop project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Identify potential project or operational risks and propose mitigation plans.
2. Operations Process & Inventory Flow
  • Analyse how inventory moves from procurement to sales to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work with different teams to make daily processes more efficient.
  • Support system or process updates that improve stock visibility and reporting accuracy.
3. Data Requirements & Alignment
  • Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into clear data needs for reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate with the data team to ensure reports and dashboards reflect accurate operational insights.
  • Maintain data consistency between operations and systems to support informed decision-making.
4. Process Improvement
  • Develop and maintain project documentation for operational workflows.
  • Support automation or system integration initiatives to improve accuracy and productivity.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through documentation, review, and feedback.
