Job description
Overview

Develop and execute well-structured work plans, facilitate project and governance meetings, and use Project Management, Lean, and system implementation tools/methodologies

Working with business leaders to develop process maps for current and improved processes.

Collaborate with Operations, HR and Finance teams to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirement documents (FRD/TRD).

Analyze and mapping of workflows, identify inefficiencies, provide and recommend re-engineering opportunities. Develop optimized workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

Serve as a process optimization consultative advisor to key business leaders.

Help develop and execute a tool which will serve as a platform for centralized intake of all process opportunities.

Create and develop user guides, process documentation and training materials to ensure successful adoption and effective application and use of systems and processes.

Assist in the gathering and reporting of performance KPI metrics for business operations.

Delivering on process improvement projects across all identified projects that impact business lines.

Assessing and prioritizing improvement opportunities and impacts (risk, customer satisfaction, error reduction, system capabilities / constraints).

Monitoring, tracking and reporting status of initiatives.

Work with the businesses and Finance to track the impact of projects.

Execute all tasks with high-quality, timely delivery.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience with analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
  • At least 5 years of experience working with databases and manipulating data
  • At least 5 years experience in process re-engineering, system implementation and project management
  • Manage process improvement projects by following an established methodology and by employing project management skills/techniques
  • Lead or coach the implementation of process improvement solutions
  • This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
