The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in Malaysia’s recruitment sector.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new recruitment agencies as clients for our SaaS product.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.
  • Collaborate with the internal product and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
  • Provide market feedback to help enhance product features and competitiveness.
  • This is a *profit-sharing based partnership* role. The selected partner will receive a percentage of revenue/profit generated from clients acquired and managed.

Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in *business development, **sales, or **partnerships, preferably in **HRTech, **SaaS, or **recruitment industry*.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment agency ecosystem in Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Existing network or relationships with recruitment firms is a strong advantage.
  • You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a Pre-sales role.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
