This company processes US$500m+ monthly across 10+ currencies by working with local payment gateways, aggregating the payment solutions as a one-stop solution for international businesses. We’re looking for individuals who are driven to create meaningful value, take full ownership of what they build, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you’re motivated by impactful work and eager to be part of an innovative team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the platform operated by Confidential for its clients
  • Set up and manage monitoring tools to track system health, performance, and reliability
  • Work closely with Product and Technology teams to define functional specification for new platform features and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Project lead for Business Operations as part of ongoing efforts to automate manual processes and platform enhancements
  • Coordinate with Customer Service team to follow up with new merchant accounts and local payment institutions
  • Conduct in-depth analyses (through internal data, external primary and secondary sources) to help the business better understand key value drivers and identify growth opportunities
  • Update existing processes or draft new process documents and update standard operating manuals to document operational end-to-end process flows
  • Ensure daily processes are completed accurately and timely as per defined SLA
  • Manage key initiatives on a project basis, working closely with cross-functional teams in Southeast Asia and other international markets
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other finance related discipline (is a plus)

  • Demonstrate a strong analytical and quantitative aptitude, strong experience in Excel modeling, and a keen interest in strategy
  • Demonstrate solid project management skillset: handling and juggling multiple processes at once across different topics, functions and stakeholders
