Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate daily logistics operations and functions to ensure timing receiving and dispatching of purchase and sales orders
- Reconcile and monitor logistical costs associated with incoming/outgoing shipments including GST customs declarations
- Liaise promptly with third party vendors and shipping couriers to resolve shipping issues and delays
- Monitor and track deliveries, warehouse movements, and operational timelines
- Manage and reconcile the company’s hedging positions accurately and promptly on a daily basis
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with key suppliers for pricing and inventory updates and for on-going procurement requirements
- Monitor market trends and local competitors to ensure optimal pricing
- Support the management team with pricing analysis and margin tracking
- Coordinate internally and externally with marketing agencies for marketing campaigns
Customer Service & Coordination
- Assist with back and front end support customer service support as and when required
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
General Business Operations
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management decision-making
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and communication
- Provide flexible support across business units as required
- Perform additional sales & operations related tasks as required by management.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in similar business operations roles
- Industry experience will be viewed favourably
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential
- Willingness to tackle multiple and varied tasks to assist in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment
- Comfortable with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Dynamics or equivalent
