Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable depending on business needs and performance)

Salary: up to $2,800

Job Description

Accurately document information in company databases following defined procedures.

  • Support daily business operations across APAC markets, working with Customer Support, Supply Chain/Logistics, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Process credit/debit notes, cancellation/event invoicing, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process ancillary orders and fulfillment orders.
  • Monitor and resolve slow-moving or stuck orders, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
  • 1–3 years of experience in operational support, order management, or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Experience with SAP is a strong plus; knowledge of Salesforce system is an advantage.
