  • Lead strategic business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities with ESP and Finance.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  • Conduct accounts receivable ageing analysis for collectability tracking and cashflow visibility.
  • Perform monthly OPEX/CAPEX variance analysis with Finance and executives, highlighting risks and proposing corrective actions.
  • Prepare business performance dashboards and BPR reports for management review.
  • Facilitate the monthly ESP Operations Review and consolidate MD review deck inputs.
  • Review and streamline operational processes across business units to improve efficiency and governance.
  • Manage selected strategic or cost optimisation projects and monitor cost pool performance.
  • Oversee the SOW with Infosys, auditing outsourced deliverables to ensure compliance.
  • Collate key business insights and provide recommendations to support sales growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Establish PMO governance frameworks for ICT bespoke projects, including compliance with organisational policies.
  • Manage project-specific P&L and ensure transparent reporting.
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint repositories for documentation, version control, and compliance.
  • Track project KPIs, milestones, and risks, and prepare reporting for steering committees.
Skills for Success:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • 6–10 years in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Business analytics and dashboard reporting (Excel, BI tools).
  • Project governance and PMO practices.
  • (Additional) Experience with SharePoint administration, P&L ownership, vendor auditing.
  • Good to have Professional certifications in CFA, PMP or Lean Six Sigma.
