This role combines analytical rigor with cross-cultural business understanding to drive efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Analysis for Educational Projects: Analyze and support the operational workflows of cross-border consulting projects, with a primary focus on educational programs and academic partnerships, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Client & Partner Insights: Serve as an analytical liaison between clients and partners, particularly educational institutions in mainland China by synthesizing feedback, performance metrics, and communication logs to inform project strategy.
  • Business Documentation & Reporting: Prepare data-informed business proposals, operational dashboards, analytical reports, and presentations tailored to educational partnership programs.
  • Market & Sector Research: Conduct in-depth market research on the education sector in China to identify trends, benchmark competitors, and support evidence-based business development decisions.
  • Cross-Cultural Advisory Support: Provide actionable insights into the mainland Chinese education system, regulatory environment, and business etiquette to ensure culturally and contextually appropriate strategies.
  • Coordination & Process Optimization: Collaborate with teams and partners in China to streamline project logistics, track KPIs, and recommend process enhancements based on operational data.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a background in Education, Communications, or a data-analytical field (e.g. Statistics) is highly advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional work leadership experience. Experience in the education sector or in a cross-cultural, client-facing analytical role is highly valued.
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin and fluency in English are mandatory and essential for interpreting bilingual data sources and communicating insights to stakeholders in both regions.
  • Deep, practical understanding of the mainland Chinese education landscape and cultural nuances is critical, as this knowledge directly informs your analysis and recommendations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to translate data into clear business insights
