Job summary

A leading power systems company in Singapore is looking for an Administrator of Business Association to provide administrative and HR support. The ideal candidate must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, skilled in both English and Mandarin, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include coordinating operations across departments, managing purchasing matters, and maintaining documentation. This position offers a Monday to Friday working schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle company administrative and HR-related tasks
  • Coordinate operations across departments, including providing support to the Sales, Drivers, and Warehouse teams
  • Manage supplier and supermarket purchasing matters
  • Process supermarket orders and follow up on deliveries
  • Perform data entry, including issuing tax invoices using accounting software
  • Register, organize, file, and maintain confidentiality of various documents
  • Manage and maintain company fixed assets as well as annual contract renewals
  • Organize company meetings and prepare minutes and related documents
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good communication and coordination skills
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: Office hours
  • 1-hour lunch break (12:00 pm – 1:00 pm)

工作职责:

• 协调各部门之间营运工作,包括与销售团队&司机团队&仓库团队之间提供协助

• 处理与供应商以及超市采购相关工作

• 负责超市的订单以及跟进出货工作

• 进行数据输入,包括使用会计软件开具税务发票

• 各类文件的登记、整理、归档及保密工作

• 管理和维护公司固定资产以及每年需要更新的合约等事宜

• 组织公司会议,做好会议记录等文件

• 处理领导安排的临时性事务等

任职要求:

• 需为新加坡公民 / 永久居民,年龄55岁以下

• 中英文听说读写流利

• 熟悉使用 Microsoft Excel 与 Word

• 具备良好的沟通与协调能力

工作时间:

• 星期一至星期五:办公时间

• 午休1小时(中午12:00 – 1:00)
