About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Business Banking customer onboarding process, operating accounts management, and payment solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our banking customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies for onboarding, accounts and payments.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, compliance, legal and operations teams to deliver high-quality product features.
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve internal processes, work-flows, and hand-offs between teams to fast track the process and reduce Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Build, optimize and re-iterate user journeys.
  • Work with the UIUX team to generate the wireframes based on the agreed user journeys in line with finalised requirement documents.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Manage product pricing, fee structures, and customer campaigns to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.

Key Focus Areas

  • Customer Onboarding: Streamline the onboarding process to enhance user experience and reduce friction.
  • Operating Accounts: Develop and manage features that improve the functionality and accessibility of operating accounts.
  • Payments: Implement and optimize payment solutions, both local and cross-border to facilitate secure and efficient transactions.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour in the digital banking segment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
