Job description
Role Overview

The Business Management Support role is responsible for providing operational, administrative, and reporting support to ensure smooth business processes and organizational efficiency. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
A. Business Support
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from internal systems and ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Prepare audit confirmation documentation for clients in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation of transaction-related documents including account opening forms, statement requests, and audit confirmations.
  • Provide operational support for Corporate Access events, including preparation of materials and event coordination.
B. Payment & Invoicing
  • Prepare Payment and Receipt Advice for vendor payments and invoicing activities.
  • Coordinate with Finance to issue invoices based on approved instructions.
  • Obtain necessary approval for payments and upload supporting documentation into COUPA or other internal systems.
C. Account Opening & Periodic Review
  • Conduct name screening and handle screening results (including hits clearance) as part of account opening, vendor due diligence, and periodic review requirements.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of account opening and periodic review documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Skills
  • Relevant years of experience in business support, operations, finance, banking, or administrative coordination.
  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent Educational Qualifications.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Preferred experience with workflow or approval systems such as COUPA
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
