Job Overview:

• We are seeking an analytical and tech-savvy Business Intelligence Analyst II to support our Asia Devices & Consumer team.
• This role blends project coordination, data analytics, market insights and executive reporting, with a strong focus on AI-enabled data automation and insight generation.
• You will work with stakeholders across the region to turn complex market data into actionable insights, streamline reporting workflows and support executive business reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gather reporting requirements and consolidate PC and devices market performance data from multiple sources.
• Build, automate and enhance Excel and Power BI dashboards for market, attach and competitor insights.
• Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot for Excel, Power Automate, Python, ChatGPT) to streamline data analysis, reporting, forecasting and insight generation.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives, manage timelines and track budgets and reporting improvements.
• Identify process optimization opportunities using AI to reduce manual work.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in business analytics, category or product performance analysis or project management roles within technology, consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Experience in the PC/Device ecosystem (OEM, Silicon, Apple)
• Track record in business analysis, category management, or project management within tech, consumer electronics, or consulting
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights, executive reporting and dashboard automation for regional or cross-market teams

Core Skills

• Data Analysis: Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables; VBA optional) and Power BI (DAX, visualization)
• Project Management: Timeline tracking, stakeholder updates, documentation, risk logs
• Executive Communication: PowerPoint narratives and performance summaries
• Market Insights: Interpreting category data, identifying trends in PC/devices market
• Comfortable with AI assistants and automation platforms
