Responsibilities

Functional Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Support solution design by bridging business and technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain clear and updated functional documentation.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Perform system, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Manage defect lifecycle: log, track, and retest fixes.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and obtain sign-offs.

Project Delivery & Support

• Assist in deployment and post-go-live support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups).
• Contribute to effort estimation and timeline planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Requirements
