About the Client

Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation of AI/ML-based Name Screening alert disposition system.
• Identify and define detailed business and functional requirements.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on screen design, business rules, and model development/testing.
• Guide users in developing and executing test cases.
• Work with model owners and governance teams to validate models and ensure compliance before go‑live.

Requirements

• Experience in system implementation involving AI/ML technologies.
• Strong business analysis and requirement gathering skills.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with model validation and governance processes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of compliance and alert disposition processes is a plus.
