Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives across our technology product portfolio. This role combines commercial strategy, partnerships, and market expansion — focusing on identifying opportunities, securing high-value collaborations, and scaling adoption of our proprietary tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Market Development
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, verticals, and markets for technology adoption.
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with company objectives and product roadmaps.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
2. Partnership & Client Acquisition
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, distributors, and technology partners.
- Lead end-to-end deal processes — from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closure.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and strategic meetings to drive awareness and engagement.
3. Commercial & Financial Management
- Develop business cases, pricing models, and ROI projections to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance and product teams to define commercial terms and optimize deal structures.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to meet quarterly revenue targets.
4. Product Integration & Technical Understanding
- Work closely with the engineering team to translate client needs into technical solutions.
- Understand product features, benefits, and use cases to effectively position them in the market.
- Provide client feedback to the product development team to refine offerings and maintain competitiveness.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to design campaigns and assets supporting lead generation and conversion.
- Align with operations and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and product expansion discussions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies — IoT, AI, automation, or hardware/software integrations.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
