A dynamic wellness company in Singapore is seeking an entrepreneurial Wholesale Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, particularly with Cordyceps sinensis or Bird’s Nest products. You will develop the wholesale business from the ground up, leveraging your personal network. We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Wholesale Manager to spearhead our wholesale business development in Singapore. This is a start‑up role with no existing leads, accounts, or CRM system – the incumbent is expected to build the wholesale network from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in selling Cordyceps sinensis, Bird’s Nest, or traditional wellness products, backed by strong personal connections within the Singapore wholesale and retail trade community.
Develop the wholesale business from scratch, identifying potential customers and partners in Singapore’s general trade, wholesalers, health supplement resellers, and traditional product distributors.
Leverage personal industry network to open doors and build business opportunities.
Drive direct sales, cold outreach, and market activation independently without existing leads.
Set up wholesale account management processes, customer database, and CRM tracking.
Negotiate commercial terms, manage pricing, and oversee account performance.
Work closely with management on product‑market fit, pricing strategy, and go‑to‑market plans.
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer trends for continuous business improvement.
Achieve aggressive sales and distribution targets in a start‑up environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, business development, or account management within traditional health.
Demonstrated success in selling Cordyceps sinensis, Bird’s Nest, or similar products.
Established personal network within Singapore wholesale trade, and traditional product buyers.
Highly entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and hands‑on – able to thrive in a resource‑limited, start‑up setting.
Proven ability to work independently without existing leads or sales infrastructure.
