Job summary

A leading provider of lighting solutions in Singapore seeks a Business Development Senior Executive to drive sales efforts, collaborate with professionals, manage projects, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Marketing and at least 3 years of relevant sales experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary package that includes a base salary, variable bonus, and commission.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and marketing activities, including business development.
  • Collaborate with lighting consultants, architects, and designers.
  • Handle sales enquiries and provide solutions to customer needs.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Deliver after-sales support during the Defects Liability Period.

  • Work Location: Ubi, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6.30pm
  • Monthly Salary: Base up to $4000 + Variable Bonus (VB) + Commission
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and marketing activities, including business development, customer servicing, and promotion of company products.
  • Collaborate with lighting consultants, architects, and designers to prepare specifications and deliver product presentations.
  • Handle sales enquiries by attending site visits, preparing quotations/tenders, and following up with clients.
  • Provide solutions to customer needs, ensuring product understanding and resolving usage issues.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors while monitoring progress.
  • Deliver after‑sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and timely updates during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Marketing or Business
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in local construction industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
  • Knowledge in lightning is an added advantage
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
