As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will need to identify and develop new business opportunities, work closely with the BD&S team to deliver tailored solutions, and secure recurring revenue. The role also involves supporting regional B2B sales efforts in LATAM and Southeast Asia and managing customer engagements through workshops and events.

  • Responsible for international business development and commercial sales, cultivating leads and prospects, and develop go-to-market and sales strategies.
  • Create and manage strategic partnerships, identify new partnership opportunities and build relationships with vendors and major clients.
  • Secure business opportunities, plan and manage business generating activities, such as industry trade shows, social media presence and webinars.
  • Influence product and solution management, solicit and communicate client requirements, aid in product and solution roadmaps, develop key messages and drive marketing collateral
  • Lead and manage marketing/branding plan and strategy in accordance with overall company goals and vision, including the creation and promotion of brand identity.
  • Develop and organize new business development initiatives and sales strategies and justify business and sales plan to senior management and board of directors.
Qualities We Value
  • Knowledge in Engineering / Information Systems / Geographical Information system or equivalent
  • Experience in international business development and sales in satellite systems and operations, geospatial data and/or data analytics product sales.
  • Knowledge in earth observation satellite systems and related applications, GIS and geospatial data analytics technologies.Motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communications skills; communicate effectively in English to stakeholders and international customers and partners.
  • Knowledge in cloud platforms and development on cloud is an added advantage.
  • Able to travel when required.
