We’re expanding two exciting business units:

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 (Basic + Commissions + Bonus)

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for promoting REPs Academy’s SkillsFuture-eligible training programmes and corporate learning solutions to businesses and professionals in Singapore. The role involves prospecting, relationship building, and consultative sales engagement with HR professionals, company leaders, and Financial Advisory agencies.

Key Responsibilities
For Recruitment & Training Academy:
  • Curate and maintain a database of HR professionals and company contacts.
  • Initiate Lunch Engagements and business meetings to introduce REPs Academy’s training and recruitment solutions.
  • Promote and sell SkillsFuture-eligible and corporate training programmes to companies, helping them leverage SFEC or company training funds.
  • Identify recruitment needs and recommend REPs Connect’s recruitment services.
  • Build long-term partnerships with HR and business leaders.
For Financial Advisory Recruitment & Training:
  • Build a database of Financial Advisory leaders.
  • Conduct meetings to present REPs Academy’s SkillsFuture-funded and cash programmes for agency development.
  • Introduce recruitment and training services designed to help agencies attract and train new Financial Advisors.
General Duties:
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Engage prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to secure appointments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all outreach and conversions.
  • Represent REPs Academy at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
