Job summary

Endowus is seeking a proactive Corporate Wellness coordinator to support end-to-end financial literacy activities, events, and B2B partnerships within a dynamic startup environment.

You will assist with logistics, materials creation, and stakeholder coordination, while driving internal process improvements and client communications. This role offers exposure to growth in a fast-paced wealth-tech setting in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate end-to-end financial literacy activities, liaise with HR partners, handle logistics, create visuals/EDMs, and prepare decks for webinars and seminars and engagement tools for speakers.
• Maintain and manage voucher issuance and the internal database, and produce weekly internal team reports.
• Assist in corporate engagements: event planning, logistics, and client communications; support project management across initiatives.
• Assist in research preparation of client materials or external communications and develop supporting materials using Google Slides and basic data research.

About the team

The BDP team is responsible for the following key areas: B2B strategic projects, corporate wellness partnerships with HR teams, startups), B2B partnerships with organisations/associations/affiliates, Endowus Gives Back (social impact), and corporate engagement events The BDP team is currently a team of 5, with team members with prior experience in management consulting, banking, venture capital, fund management, and wealth management.

Scope of work

• Internal operations: Maintain and manage voucher issuance and database, manage weekly internal team reports

Nice to haves
