We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Sales Executive to lead our marketing efforts and drive the brand's growth. This leadership role requires a visionary with a strong grasp of data-driven marketing, digital strategy, brand development, and team management. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across all channels (digital, offline, PR, events).
  • Lead the marketing team in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Manage branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the digital marketing function including SEO/SEM, social media, content, CRM, and analytics.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on all activities.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with media, influencers, and external vendors.
  • Present reports and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Drive restaurant sales through promotions, events, partnerships, and group bookings.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure alignment between marketing and service delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to marketing strategy planning.
