Are you a dynamic, driven professional with a passion for business growth and client engagement? We are looking for a Business Development / Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams across Singapore and Malaysia to drive business expansion and support marketing initiatives.
Key accountabilities include:
- Tender assist by developing tender strategies, technical submissions and schedule, keep track of the tendering process, attending tender site survey and tender interview, etc.
- Work closely with QS team, distribute tenders and RFQ to respective QS team according to client and the team’s workload.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Maintain and update tender and project register on weekly basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with product development, marketing, and sales.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders within Singapore and Malaysia.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
- Assist to build up connection with new partners, including other company subsidiaries.
- Ad-Hoc duties if required.
- Develop and update collaterals and publications such as brochures, and other communication platforms (e.g. presentation deck etc), publish and maintain contents on online platforms (company website, social media accounts), for both internal and external audiences.
- Develop and prepare corporate merchandises for as necessary.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferable in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
- Background or experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (graphic design skill is a plus).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business growth goals.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Chinese) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel in between Singapore/Malaysia when required.
