Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our trust business in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, strong client relationships, and promoting our trust and fiduciary services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company’s trust services portfolio in Singapore.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high-net-worth clients, intermediaries (law firms, tax advisors, private bankers, etc.), and business partners.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch materials, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the trust business.
  • Meet assigned revenue and business development targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in trust, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong network with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private banks, or professional intermediaries.
  • Good understanding of trust structures, fiduciary services, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent in written and verbal English and Mandarin as candidate require to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
