  • Salary Package: Basic up to $6500

  • Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and key decision-makers to support business growth.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and support the team in meeting KPIs.
  • Gather market intelligence and perform competitor analysis to support business strategies.
  • Review sales performance against annual targets and take corrective actions when results fall below expectations.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field with minimum 5 years of sales hunting experience in Sea Freight, preferably within the logistics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and professional personality.
  • Target-driven, motivated, and committed to achieving sales goals.
