Job description

Expand existing customer accounts by identifying new opportunities and offering suitable solutions.

Drive new business development and identify potential clients to grow the current customer portfolio.

Execute strategies and initiatives to achieve—and ideally surpass—annual sales and revenue goals.

Create customized sales materials, presentations, and proposals based on client requirements.

Build and nurture strong, long‑term client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Handle client inquiries and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotes), ensuring timely and effective communication.

Oversee all stages of the sales cycle, including lead generation, quoting, coordination with operations, project delivery, and the creation and implementation of SOPs for consistent and efficient processes.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up to ensure on‑time payments and healthy cash flow.

Ensure smooth communication and timely follow‑ups across all interactions.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Self‑motivated, with the capability to work effectively and efficiently in a diverse environment.
  • Demonstrates strong problem‑solving abilities and consistently maintains a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
