Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics professional with 5–10 years of project logistics experience to drive new business and manage end-to-end logistics for M&E equipment and materials. The role involves coordinating international shipments and site deliveries, with visits to project sites from Pandan Road.

The ideal candidate has site-based logistics coordination experience and a diploma/degree in Engineering, Logistics or related field; experience with M&E contractors or infrastructure

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project logistics or construction logistics.
• Experience with M&E contractors or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Site-based logistics coordination experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Build strong client relationships and provide suitable logistics solutions.
• Plan end-to-end logistics for M&E equipment and materials.
• Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and local delivery.
• Manage site delivery schedules, warehousing, and JIT arrangements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle heavy-lift and oversized cargo when required.
• Resolve logistics risks and delays to ensure smooth project execution.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Monthly Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 (Commensurate with experience)
