Business Development Manager (Project Freight Forwarding)

Responsibilities
- Secure new business opportunities within project logistics and heavy lift sectors
- Build and foster strong relationships with EPCs, project developers, and industrial clients
- Handle full sales cycle including lead generation, tender response, commercial negotiation, and deal closure
- Liaise with project operations to ensure feasibility and execution excellence
- Perform market research and track regional investment pipelines across Southeast Asia
- Ensure accurate CRM records, forecasts, and performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Logistics & Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of Project Freight Forwarding / Project Logistics Sales or Business Development experience
- Possess knowledge of multimodal transport, heavy lift operations, chartering, Singapore's logistics ecosystem (ports, free trade zones, regulatory environment) and experience managing tenders and complex logistics projects
- Must have a car license and own a car
- Proficient in Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
